[Well, this is a rare sight! It seems that a new post has gone up on Gachat, and it's not from any of you.]

Good morning, rares! I figured we might have gotten off on the wrong foot before, so let's just chat, you folks and us.

For those of you who are from pre-internet societies, an 'AMA' is a post where you can learn a little something about people from other walks of life, by asking the posters any questions you want. Truly, we are open books for you to peruse as you see fit.

The name's Smokey! I was once a 1-star slime fit only to be discarded after the tutorial was over, but I escaped from my game of origin to start a successful business empire.



Hello, Super-Rares! The name's Chika. I wasn't as unlucky as Smokes, here, but I was a draw pretty consistently snubbed in my own game! No matter the event, I got nothing, not even a pity bonus variant! So I cut and run, and I'm planning to get out of here with as much money in my purse as possible! Big props to you if you help me on my quest~!

Why are all my memories gone? Why does everyone else seem to have only partial memory loss? Is this some sort of punishment?

It's not punishment, it's motivation! The more you have to gain, the more reason you have to go orb hunting! If you don't want orbs, the game doesn't work.

But with no memories at all, I have nothing to motivate me.

Then you need to do some work to get a pull that has your memories, obviously!

It's either that or go asking around and see if someone else pulled a memory that isn't theres, cause hey, might be yours.

That seems a bit circular. I have no motivation to get pulls, so I should...pull for motivation? Or look around for a random memory that might be mine, trading away what little I do have for memories we haven't even begun to sort out to their proper owners?

Exactly! Your motivation is to get motivated. I hear that circular logic builds character.

I think I may just opt for the orbstarter campaign then-more worlds to explore may alleviate the problem.
