Okay, ignore that. But I finally figured out what that ability I got does. And man, it's so fucking good.

Wait, what? That's your ability or something? [She's pretty sure she couldn't do that before, so she's not that surprised to hear someone else had it previously.]

It's the ability I got! It lets me just summon my slimes even in the middle of a battle! I get to break the fucking rules of that world!

Damn straight! I should be using that ability to unleash an onslaught of loyal minions onto this ridiculous Slime World so that I can conquer it and make it into a Netherworld!

Not actually sure. I've only tried it with the slimes so far though.

...minions? Where'd you get those? [She'd offer to give the ability back to him, but...]

Because if you can summon anything that's sick as fuck, but if you can only summon slimes it's just kind of funny

Hey, my slime team is awesome! And as for summoning other stuff, I'm not sure how to test it. It's not like I have anything else to-hm. [She seems to focus for a while, before a fancy-looking seal drops in front of her. Unfortunately, it is about to land on a piece of paper, so it immediately bounces off and hits her in the face. She goes down for a while, before getting back up while holding her nose.]

AND THAT'S ANOTHER THING! All I have are these damn slimes I picked up. Where the hell is my ability to incarnate wandering souls into convenient nearby items?!

Maybe...there aren't any wandering souls in the first place? [A pause] Wait, is that why you're a book?

I have no idea why I'm a book. Probably it's because I'm so amazingly incredible that even my body was too powerful for me to have. I am an Overlord, after all, and even a normal level 1 demon is a cut above a human.

[ladyporthos]

[She just rolls her eyes. Yeah, she's heard all that before.] Level 1? You have actual ways to track that? [A pause] Okay, I admittedly don't dislike you so much I feel I have to keep this from you. You want your ability back?

I won't owe a debt of gratitude to anyone, be they human, demon, or Prinny. I have a magic rod I got that I'll trade you. If that isn't of any use to you, then I'll wait till I get something else out of that machine that is.

Magic rod, huh? What exact type of magic does it do? Better not be something like the Rod of Wonder... [A pause] Oh my god, how do I remember that bit of tabletop game trivia but nothing about my actual life???

...Uh, setting aside the fact that apparently you're a nerd, I'm not quite sure what magic the rod does. I'm not exactly equipped to wield it. I gave it to a slime to try out, and it sprayed slime everywhere, so there may be a sort of... boosts what you do already thing about it.
